All contributions to the Lewis & Clark Monuments Project are non-tax-deductible. This project is currently operated by The Eagle Eye, presently under a sole proprietorship owned by Daniel C. Green. These are voluntary support payments to help fund the design, promotion, sculpting, and eventual construction of the two large Lewis & Clark monuments. This system was created to expedite the process for donations towards the project to meet public demands.
Funds will be used for project-related expenses including artist renderings, miniature prototypes, engineering studies, site research, marketing, and future monument construction. We are working toward establishing a nonprofit structure in the future. Thank you for supporting this privately funded effort to celebrate American history and the Corps of Discovery.

Why This Matters (Why Now?)
In an era of historical erasure, this project boldly reaffirms American exceptionalism. Lewis and Clark’s 8,000-mile expedition doubled the size of the United States and embodied the pioneering spirit that built this nation. These 300-foot statues will stand as a powerful reminder of our explorers’ courage and the manifest destiny that defines America’s greatness.
Project Status and Updates
Launched on May 24, 2026, this initiative has gone viral with over 1.4 million views (and growing) on X. It has been amplified by Mario Nawfal, drawn interest from French foundry Atelier Missor, and prompted outreach to lawmakers. Green is personally spearheading the effort, and this page will be the official hub for all updates and next steps.
How You Can Help
This is a people-powered project driven by patriotic Americans. You can help by signing up for email updates, sharing this page and the X post, and contributing financially when the donation link is live (STAY TUNED). Supporters offering expertise in engineering, law, fundraising, or PR are also encouraged to get involved. Subscriptions and purchased at The Eagle Eye indirectly support this effort.

Lewis and Clark 300ft. Monuments
On May 24, 2026, Daniel C. Green, Founder of The Eagle Eye and prominent conservative voice on X (@TheEagleyeNews), launched a bold initiative calling for the construction of two massive 300-foot-tall statues of explorers Meriwether Lewis and William Clark.
In a viral post that quickly gained widespread attention, Green urged Americans to celebrate the Corps of Discovery’s historic expedition by erecting monumental statues—styled after the iconic Argonath from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-Earth —to stand guard on the Missouri River.
Green’s proposal highlights the explorers’ 8,000-mile journey across the continent, which helped double the size of the young United States and embodied the spirit of American expansion and resilience. He positioned the project as a defiant tribute to national heritage amid what he described as an era of historical erasure.
Key Details of the Proposal:
- Scale: Two statues, each approximately 300 feet tall
- Design: Towering figures, evoking strength, exploration, and manifest destiny. Ideally hollowed for interior use for tourism, defense, research, or other private purposes
- Estimated Cost: Estimated at $50 million per statue, according to quotes from French foundry Atelier Missor, or higher from other builders depending on the design
- Funding: Preference for private patriotic donors and crowdfunding, with Green personally spearheading the effort
- Location: In the Gateway to the Mountains along the Missouri River in Helana, Montana
Update 1
Green has contributors interested in making an artistic rendering and 3D printings of the statues to sell.
Update 2
Green has created a GiveSendGo page to begin accepting non-tax-deductible contributions
